Hi Richard et al,

I know you don't have time to do this kind of research, but a friend sent me this link and I thought maybe you would like to post it on your Web Pages for customers like me, who by virtue of their professional endeavors are required to do World Wide searches for research papers or information on other subjects of Interest. THIS IS THE SOURCE of the Sneaky email Spam frustrating all of us!

This Link gives an overview of the problem, in simple terms, which most of your customers should be able to comprehend:

But this link hooks you up to the McAfee Study and a Free "Site Advisor" 1meg download, which I just did:

http://www.siteadvisor.com/studies/map_malweb_mar2007.html

It provides you with the ability to assess; "do I really want to go to that domain" which is rated very high possibility of getting unwanted Spam automatically". And how to Block it, before you ever search for info, in the first place !

When you feel a need to correspond with someone (e.g. "Contact us for further Info"), who has an oversea domain; think twice about the Domain "risk factor, versus info you may be after". If you have friends or family overseas just sending your mail to them, and them replying, puts your address into the Melee of spammers on the same Domain. So, get Smarter about your Sends!

Even the most commonly used one in US ".com" requires only 5.5 days before somebody slams you with scams, and programmed dumps to your Email "In Box".

[socal.com was one of the nastiest, but there are more.]

Hope this helps you all, Don 'April 23,2007'
