Additional Cost from 2 miles to 10-mile version, add $28 covers the cost of a Dish and hardware.
Senior Service: (60+ years) One computer at home and one email address only. For any additional machine or speed, one must upgrade to Deluxe or Business account. Monitored by MAC address.
Deluxe Service: (home or business) there may be an additional setup fee for each additional computer unit. A maximum of three units is allowed. One must upgrade to Business for 4 or more computer units.
Business Service: Additional monthly charge of $10 for each unit; this applies to the seventh unit and above. Bandwidth is dynamically controlled and will increase accordingly to the number of units, maximum 6 Megs. Business accounts may not provide their own Mail and or Web server. DM-TECH will provide them at a very reasonable price.
** There may be additional installation charges for nonstandard installation and/or the requirement of additional mounting hardware to complete the installation.
***Monthly Data Transfer: Cost for exceeding Monthly Data Transfer is $10 per gig.
Extra cost for a wireless internal router-firewall upon customer request, Standard (non-wireless) internal router is provided at no additional cost to the client. Clients who provide there own wireless router must have it configured by DM-Tech for security reasons.
As with all DM-TECH services, DM-Tech’s email is virus protected. Spam is controlled by many facets and is very effective. Virus software, pop-up protection and spam mail software is available for DM-Tech Clients at no cost. SPAMMERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED on DM-Tech’s service. Any spammer found (via dm-tech log files) sending massive emails or downloading movies will be removed from DM-Tech’s service. DM-Tech will not be responsible for loss of signal that is caused by growth of trees, buildings, etc.
All wireless equipment is and remains the property of DM-Tech Internet service.
Upon client terminating DM-Tech service, equipment removal will be provided by DM-Tech at no cost .
